We are very proud of our level of service and patient satisfaction. We like to think that we go the extra mile to help all our referrers and patients receive the best possible level of attention.
We ask patients to fill out a patient satisfaction survey after their scan so that we can improve our service. Some of the comments made by patients are given below:
“I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that I attended for my MRI scan and despite feeling terribly anxious managed to go through with it. I think the fact that I’d previously attended an MRI scan and couldn’t go through with being put into the tube didn’t help! But the staff were absolutely brilliant! They explained everything, they were kind, calm and thoughtful, not making me feel rushed at all.”
Mr D T, Wellingborough
“I wanted to say thank you very much for all your help with my MRI scan. I was a particularly nervous patient who thought I would never manage to get through the scan on a horizontal scanner. I nearly skipped out of the clinic afterwards – the relief was so great at getting it done”.
“As a claustrophobic patient who even needed valium to use an “Open MRI Centre”, I can only applaud the Upright MRI Centre. It is definitely the nicest MRI scan I have ever had!! The quality of the care from the staff was superb.”
Mrs R W, Sutton
“Can I just thank you for the excellent service you offered me today. Having had two major claustrophobic panic attacks when attempting to use other MRI scanners, it was a delight to be able to sit comfortably and watch TV whilst in your upright scanner with no claustrophobia at all.”
“I would just like to record my appreciation of your courtesy in fitting me in to your busy schedule on Christmas Eve. I am a chronic claustrophobic and there is no way I could entertain the prospect of a conventional MRI horizontal scan. It would be akin to being buried alive as far as I’m concerned. So, after referral, my Consultant was highly impressed with the resultant images which were both crystal clear and very detailed. This is definitely the machine of the future.”
